Age: 3 to 5 years (Initiation period)
At this age, our main focus is to have fun &  create a positive environment as a way to  encourage participation. This includes keeping them active by allowing them to get comfortable with the ball, & familiarizing them with basic skills such as dribbling, & striking. Parent-child activities also included 
Age: 6 – 8 years (Pre training)
Progressed training & practice of previous skills taught in the Initiation period: dribbling & striking, along with newer skills, like passing, driving, heading, & goalkeeper blocking. 
Age: 9 – 11 years (Training)
Similar to pre training, however more fixated on individual drills to enhance game performance. Regular ball mastery & group training drills.  
Age: 12 – 14 years (Training Preparation)
Continual advancement of training & technical foot skills at a higher level

About Us

We are a newly founded soccer academy offering services in the south suburban town of Chicago, Homewood. Directed by head coach, Mario Morales De La Rosa, we not only aim to improve player abilities, but to also promote a healthier lifestyle where children can cultivate life skills such as leadership, emotional regulation, critical thinking, effective communication, and interpersonal skills. MethodologY

- Training in groups of maximum 10 to 12 students per coach, ensuring thorough analysis, and following up at the end of each session.

- All equipment provided includes: balls, coordination ladders, cones, strength boxes, crawling tunnels, and more.

- We conduct playful and dynamic activities with the goal of ensuring that members not only learn how to play soccer, but have fun.

- Training and activities include:

- Individual solo drills

-  Group drills

- Motor skills and coordination development

- Physical preparation to be in ideal condition

- Simulation of matches and real practices in recreational games and tournaments.

- Monitoring and evaluation through recordings and live broadcasts of training videos for parents.

- Regular feedback with parents via email, providing reports on activities, photos, and videos of their children's progress.

- Emphasis on teamwork, perseverance, and effort.

- Prioritization of physical and emotional health (motivation and self-esteem).

- Creating a positive environment of friendship and companionship.

- Parent-child activities to foster their relationship through sports and encourage participation
